Hi, I'm Jorge Zamora.
I'm a certified accountant in Mexico with a B.A. in Accounting & Finance, 5+ years of experience and 100+ clients served. I founded R&J Consultants to give business owners an accountant who answers fast and explains things clearly.
In the US I work as an Intuit-certified bookkeeper: your QuickBooks reconciled and handed to your CPA or tax preparer, ready to file. I'm not a US CPA, and I don't need to be for this: I make your CPA's job faster and cheaper. In Mexico I handle full accounting and SAT tax filings.

What are your credentials?
I'm a certified accountant in Mexico with a B.A. in Accounting & Finance (diploma and certificate), 5+ years of experience and 100+ clients served. In the US I'm certified by Intuit: QuickBooks ProAdvisor Level 2, ProAdvisor Platinum and Intuit Bookkeeping.
How much does it cost?
US bookkeeping starts at $50 USD per month; Mexican accounting with SAT filings starts at $500 MXN per month. Your final flat fee depends on transaction volume and employees, and is confirmed on the free call.
Do you file US tax returns?
No. I'm not a CPA or Enrolled Agent, so I don't prepare IRS returns. I deliver clean, reconciled books and a year-end package to your CPA or tax preparer and coordinate with them, which usually lowers what they charge you.
My books are months behind. Can you help?
Absolutely. I do catch-up and QuickBooks cleanup: reconcile accounts, fix categories and inventory, and get you current.
Do you run payroll?
Yes, through Gusto, ADP or Paychex. The provider handles payroll tax deposits and forms; I make sure everything is set up right and recorded in your books.
Do we need to be in the same city?
No. Everything is 100% remote: QuickBooks Online, secure document sharing, WhatsApp, email or video calls.
